Tabex's role is to assist with cravings by reducing the urge to have a cigarette, and within the 21 day course to develop the habit of not reaching for one. From that prospective there is no therapeutic dose. The study has recommended in the first days one tablet every two and a half hours.
You can try every 3 hours to fill 18 hours day. And it all depends on the ability to resist reaching for a cigarette. And also how strong the cravings are.
Finally, the box contains 100 tablets, and a course of 21 days, which is about 92 tables, and some extra left as a maintenance dose.
This is to say that you can use a few of the extra tablets during the first 3 days to help you get used to reducing the cigarettes smoked, and continue with the recommended number of tablets from the 4th day on.
