Hi, I would like to purchase DOGgeviti for my dogs and my parents dog. Do you currently have a UK distributor or do I have to order from you directly? If the latter, can you give me an idea of shipping costs and delivery times. I think you should consider a UK distributor if you don't already have one as you are missing a potentially huge market share.

We are simply a distributor offering the DOGgeviti online. To our knowledge there is no distributor of DOGgeviti in the UK.

Tabex is not available in Australia from a distributor yet. The product is undergoing clinical trials and now in Phase III. Extab Pharma (www.extabpharma.com) has obtained worldwide marketing rights, and are the firm to discuss distribution matters with.

We just responded to another question and have provided the delivery address we have in our records.

If the delivery address is correct you need to do nothing as we will dispatch the replacement order on the January 30th.

I ordered on 12 January, 2016 and haven't seen the product yet. Do you have a tracking code? I was weary in purchasing as there are so many scams. Please put my mind at ease.

We have processed your Tabex order on the 11th and it was shipped on the 12th with the Bulgarian Posts Airmail. Airmail has a tracking number, but it is not as detailed as courier services, and only works after some longer period of time. We will request the tracking number for your order.

Orders shipped with airmail to Australia normally take some 12 to 14 days for delivery. Please allow a bit more time for delivery.

Not to worry. If something happens such as non-delivery, or damaged product contact us - we will send a replacement at no additional cost, or refund your money.

I received an e-mail with the total cost of my order and its delivery method and it is still 63,5 USD and not 35,5 USD. Why have you not changed the delivery method ??

Dear Madam; Indeed your order was processed with the EMS charge of $35.00 instead of the $6.50 airmail charge. Someone has missed to read that message.

Not to worry, we are going to refund the difference of $28.50 shortly to your credit card. You will receive by email a notification of the refund.

We are in receipt of your Tribestan order # 1363. We have noted that the order is placed with EMS, and you wish to change it to Airmail. No problem. We will do that. Order will be processed within hours and you will receive an email acknowledging the charge and it will reflect a total of $35.05.

No possibility to give credit cardnumber online because of capital controls in Greece. I opened two tickets in my account and they were replied. What does it mean?

Well, we do not think our independent shopping system is affected by the capital controls. It is indeed very strange case that you are not able to place an order. As a matter of fact we are receiving and fulfilling orders from Greece. Please try from a different computer.

The tickets on our help desk system were replied to means, that we have answered the questions you have posted there. You will need to log into the system and see the responses.
