How we handle returns of products and damaged goods
We do accept returns of product. Because of the variety of products and the international destinations involved, we will handle product returns on a case-by-case basis. Please provide us with some information in writing by contacting us on our Help Desk System with product description, reason for return. We will need some purchase details in order to evaluate your request, such as your name and address, contact information and purchase information such as invoice, quote number, etc.
In general, our practice with respect to damaged product, not received order, or customer not satisfied with the product, is to refund the full amount, or to send a replacement order at no additional cost to customer. In some cases where the customer is responsible for the non-delivery we may refund the product cost, but not the shipping cost.
