Our Help Desk System requires registration. The system uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connection to encrypt the information between the visitor's browser and our servers. There are Required fields and Optional fields provided by our customers: REQUIRED INFORMATION First and Last name Street address City State Postal or Zip code Country Telephone E-mail address User name Password OPTIONAL INFORMATION Company name Customer number (if known) Address line 2 Fax number Mobile telephone Web site
All collected information is stored in our database and may be updated at any time by login into the system. The Contact link at the main menu at the top takes visitors to the Login page, where the following options are available. Login into the Help Desk System to Post a New Help Request: Login page Procedure for retrieving User name and Password: Forgot your User name and Password? - Useful for NOT remembering User name and Password. Enter your e-mail and your User name, password and link to login into the system are immediately e-mailed.
You would need to use the same e-mail as the one stored on the system. The system will perform e-mail match. If the e-mail is no longer available to you please follow the procedure in #3.
