RESPIVAX preparation is intended for oral administration with aim immune-therapy and immune-prophylactics of non-specific diseases of respiratory system and it has a very good effect during treatment of children and adults, suffering from often repeated and chronic respiratory infections: - acute bronchitis and trachea-bronchitis; - chronic and relapsing bronchitis and trachea-bronchitis; - acute and chronic tonsillitis, pharyngitis and laryngitis; - acute and chronic rhinitis, sinusitis and othitis; - often repeated bronchopneumonia; - infections of respiratory system, resistant to antibiotic therapy; - infections of respiratory system, accompanied with hyper sensitivity to antibiotics or other chimiotherapeutics; - infectious bronchial asthma.
UROSTIM is a polybacterial immune-stimulator which enhances the natural resistance of organisms and specific immunity towards different infections of urological - genital tract through stimulation of the humoral and cell factors of immune system. It activates the system and local immunity.
The intravesical dose consists of four ampoules suspended in 50 ml saline. 0.5 ml of the reconstituted vaccine for one scarification.
Contents:
Live bacteria derived from a culture of the Bacillus of Calmette and Guerin (BCG). Each ampoule contains 37.5 mg BCG (freeze-dried) - 1.0-3.0 x 108viable units.
Indications:
In all kind of malignant tumors in which adjuvant immunotherapy is recommended, especially for bladder tumors, malignant melanoma etc.
Administration:
Intraversically, percutaneously.
Storage:
Between 2 ?C and +8?C in a dark place. Protect from light.
Instruction for use:
The vaccine should be reconstituted gently to ensure thorough mixing with the diluent. Shake the ampoule until a homogenous suspension is obtained. Intravesical use reconstitute the content of each ampoule with 1 ml of saline. Dilute the reconstituted content of the 4 ampoules in an additional 50 ml of sterile saline. Percutaneous use reconstitute the content of one ampoule with 0.5 ml of saline.
