Application: The tablet should not be chewed, but sucked! It could also be dissolved in 200 ml of water.

Description: Paracetamol /Acetaminophen/ is a 4-hydroxyacetanylide, non-opium, non-salicylic analgesic and antipyretic. It has a central and peripheral analgesic effect. It increases the pain threshold. It has a very weak anti-inflammatory effect. Acetaminophen inhibits prostaglandin synthesis and blocks bradykinin-dependent receptors.The product is indicated for the treatment of pain (headache, toothache, muscle ache, menstrual pain) or pyrexia.Rapidol is not used in case of hypersensitivity to paracetamol or to any of the other ingredients.

Rapidol is not used in severe liver impairment.
